Feurteventura is a lovely place! It is the windiest place in the Canary Islands, but the beaches and surf make up for it! The beaches look like deserts! You get sand blown at you, but only when it's extremely windy! They have brilliant fake designer things and markets to get cheap presents! The surf is brilliant, and its good for boogy/body boarding also! I would say that when you have a young child to keep a good eye on them in the sea because some are strong and do wipe child out! A boogy board is an essential in Feurteventra! Also, because it's windy, it's more important to apply suncream regularly! I learnt my lesson the hard way! I looked like a lobster for about 2 weeks! It is brilliant for a tan also! I still have my tan from 4 months ago! Great for families and a couple get away! It has something for everyone!

A hotel called Sol Gorionnes - i think you can only book it through Thomas Cook or Thomsons but however much you pay now they have changed it to All Inclusive instead of only having half board and having updated the whole hotel it is GREAT!
