Absolutely fascinating... this aqueduct has stood for over 2000 years, without any type of agglutinant holding it together. It was simply expertly designed. There's a superstition here that says if you place both hands on a single stone of the aqueduct, you will be sure to return to Segovia in the future.

Segovia is a small and friendly town near Madrid. The city's UNESCO world heritage and we know its famous aqueduct, the cathedral and the Alcazar. the cathedral is really beautiful. Enjoy!

Incredible piece of living history. Right next to the aqueduct you'll find Candido's restaurant. Shut up and eat!
