Description:
La Rambla is one of Barcelona's most iconic streets - it is a pedestrian mall spanning 1.2 kilometers connecting Plaça Catalunya to the Christopher Columbus monument at Port Vell in the Barri Gòtic. It's entire expanse is lined with trees on both sides of the street, along with market stalls, cafes and restaurants. Numerous street performers put on their shows here.

Such a great strip of Barcelona!!Has everything including stores such as Puma and what not going up, and going down leads to the port at the Maremagnum mall with an amazing design! There are tons of small little kind of trinket booths too and little stalls where you can get a caricature of yourself and what not. A Barcelona must!

Wonderful pedestrian street to just wander down. Great for shopping, people watching or grabbing a bite to eat. If you're lucky you might see people dressed up standing like a statue that will move when you give them some money. Great place to spend an afternoon.

Great place to stay in Barcelona, easily accessible to most attractions/transport. However, watch our bags! A girl got robbed sitting in the restaurant of our hostel and I heard of lots of people getting pick-pocketed. Though I had no trouble.

This is a really cool place. It starts at the Columbus Monument and goes all the way to Plaça Catalunya. You find so many shops and restaurants on your way and you will see so many artists doing their thing. This place is really amazing!
