Jan 14, 2009 Political capital of Galicia and one of it's culturally most important cities, Santiago is a charming city which gives you the feeling to be back in medieval time. The cathedral, burying place of the disciple Jacob and purpose of thousands of pilgrims on the Road to Santiago, is the monumental highlight of the city. Apr 6, 2009 Great city with a great Cathedral. If you find yourself in this small city you find that times goes by very slowly. This is great when you want to see everything!. Do not miss the cathedral, and the old town. Go there late at night to have a drink or two and you'll be surrounded by locals having fun too!
