Great place to visit! This church dates back to the 13th century and is the largest cathedral in Sweden. As a bonus, check out a candelight service if it works with your schedule (typically at Easter and Christmas). They are incredible - even if you don't speak a word of Swedish or are not Catholic.

The most outstanding building in Uppsala is the Domkyrka ( Uppsala Cathedral ), Scandinavia's largest church (118.70m high), which is visible from most parts of town and from the motorway.

It's a big building with a lot of things to see inside it, starting from the really nice paintings on the walls and ceiling. Everybody coming to Uppsala should definitely go visit that church.
