A great day trip. The town is on the lake, with mountains nearby and many historic buildings. There is also a small Picasso museum, which is well worth a visit. Check out the beautiful painted bridges.

great place to visit, close to Zurich. It has a beautiful old town, glacier garden and few towers. You can travel to the nearby Mount Pilatus by boat and train (Golden Trip).

well Lucerne is the coolest place. you have the mountains near, sea shore and all the historic castles and buildings....and its my hometown where I was born...

There r some cruises around the lake, there is a casino as well. The wooden cathedral bridge is jus beautiful!
