Definitely one of the highlights of the eastern part of the Lake of Geneva. It is worth checking their website before planning your visit as there are a lot of events taking place (concerts, exhibits, fairs, etc). Get there by boat for a dramatic arrival and go back to Montreux walking along the romantic "chemin fleuri" which offers fantastic pictures spots for the Lake and Montreux, particularily in summer

I went there just before Christmas. It was fantastic, because a lot of people were wearing typical clothes from Middle Age. There were also a lot of activities, the "Middle Age food" was also very nice. If you can, go there that time. If I'm not mistaken, these activities take place in this castle at the two nearer weekends before Christmas.

Inesquecivel! Um Castelo medieval autentico, ao pe do lago, tem uma prisão na parte de baixo, grandes lareiras, salões bem conservados e muita liberdade para andar em todos os setores. Da pra se conhecer e ter uma idéia de como viviam nessa época, não perca!
