no price! take a tour around the riverside in district 1, get inside in the old city center with his bridges, churches and tipical houses, then enjoy the sundown at the lake, dine in one of the restaurant in the borough, go down along the main street from the harbour to the station and take a glance to the fashion label's shops. then get in west zurich to taste the city's nightlife i suggest to visit the city in christmas time, with the shining christmas markets illuminating the city

travelling around lake Zurich can be a bit difficult because lots of the land is private and you have to keep along the roads or even railroads. there are some very nice bits around the lake and you can easily travel around it via bike or car in a few hours. lovely town like Zurich, Rapperswil and Wädenswil are on the way. for a more natural experience I'd recmmend going to Lake Lucerne which has a shore path around it and some mountains to go with it.
