Whats so cool about this skycraper in taiwan? Well , the observatory at 89th floor and outdoor observatory at 91st flr. with 360 degree views not to mention the recorded voice tours in eight languages. You can buy tickets on site in the shopping mall (5th floor). Tickets cost NT$400 (US$13) and allow access to the 88th through 91st floors via high-speed elevator. And hey u can also shop from 1st- 5th floor...because its a shopping mall....make sure your ears are ready for some popping actions...fastest elevator could make your ears pop anyways...eheheheh.... that sucks.. well goodluck.. enjoy the view...

This is still the highest building in world (508m) where you can fly to the top floor at 61 km per hour and enjoy the view over the capital of Taiwan. At ground you can enjoy a huge food cour where all types of food are offered. The floors above contain a huge mall and lots of companies who installed their office in this prestigious tower.

Huge skyscraper designed by the company that designed the CN tower in Toronto. Designed to withstand typhoons and earthquakes, Taipei has a huge damper (pendulum) on the viewing decks.I was there on a stormy day so that was a let down but the worlds fastest elevator almost made up for it.

The tallest (or 2nd tallest now?) building in the world... has an amazing view over a dull city. But still, the feeling of being so high cannot be surpassed or easily described. If you are in Taipei you owe yourself a visit, even if you've been to other towers around the world!
