Stained Glass
This temple was constructed by King Rama v in 1901, and draws on the styles of european religous buildings such as stained-glass windows.  Its main Ubosot Hall was made of white Carrana marble, hence it being called The Marble Temple.  The grounds are an excellent place to view religious processions and festivals.  There is a great collection of bronze Buddha images (33 originals and 20 reproductions) representing styles from Buddhist countires all over Asia.  The monks here do not seek alms, and instead receive merit-makers between 6 - 7 in the morning.
