This national park covers a 1,120 km² area in the Amphoe Si Sawat and Amphoe Thong Pha Phum districts of western Kanchanaburi province, bordering Burma (Myanmar).  The landscape is hilly and forested, and is home to a great variety of plants and aminals including elephants, buffalo, tigers, bears ,mountain goats, and barking deer.
