Pattaya Beach

This place is cool. Get a hotel by the seaside. Hard Rock Hotel looks nice...TypicalGo for a run in the morning. Return to your hotel, wash up get breakfastGo shopping till eveningGo for dinnerGo walk back to your hotel instead of spending 20 baht on a tuk-tuk.Have a foot massage below your hotel for 200-300 baht (US$8-12)Try the taxi lorries. quite cheap if you taxi-pool.Their cabaret is also good, its behind row of shops/hotels by the beach.Don't waste your time on beach activities though.Go with an empty luggage. Buy ALL your clothes there.(:

While it may not be as good as Phuket, the attraction for this spot is the relative proximity to Bangkok. There is nothing like resting in a beachchair on a hot day and being served cool drinks and offered many goods and services like a massage. And the view is still good! Besides, no-one goes to Pattaya just for the daytime activities. The nightlife is the star attraction!

It's warm, the sea looks astonishing, you can sit and eat, drink, get massaged and you can even buy henna tattoo's from vendors who visit you from time to time on the beach. There are also possibilities to rent boats, ships and jet ski's. I had a very good time on the beach, drinking cold beer and eating seafood.

Nice beach. There was to many locals selling there goods. The first hour they wont leave you alone one after another. After awhile they stop bugging you, just act like your sleeping and they'll walk by.

That's one great place to bargain for anything you want. You can get just about anything for the low price if you have a good talking game.

I would not recommend it, it's only mass processing.
