Beautiful place to go! Ok the customer service wont be the top notch service we expect from resorts in the US but itsgood enough it really depends on who you deal with. It was a wonderful experience and I will do it again in a heart beat!

Beautiful resort. Great location. Lots of water attractions. Just don't expect a pleasant service. We thought because the service tip is already included in EVERY bill, they just don't care.
