Beach is okay, rough at times. parking is a mess on busy days, can be dangerous on "empty days".
Specialty of the beach are the local food cabins. The "Bake and shark" is sublime, basically a feid bun with fried shark, enhanced with a choice of 20 more tppings and sauces to your choice. Just for that, the beach is worthwhile a visit!

A beautiful stretch of white sandy beach with cool blue water rushing into the bay. Looks great from the top of the hill when approaching the beach. The fish bake at Richard's Shark and Bake is worth trying out if you like fish. Changing, bathing and toilet facilities available at the beach front for TT$1 per use.

It is a good place to spend time with friends and family. Bake and sharp!
