Edit your review! Rate this place:  This is a public beach next to the infamous 7 star hotel Burj al Arab. You have access to changing rooms, bathrooms and outdoor showers.
There are a lot of beach 'rules', make sure to follow them or you can be thrown out of the beach.
The water light green and you wont see any pebbles or shells that will hurt your feet. The beach has white fine sand. All in all its a wonderful place to spend a warm afternoon.
Bikinis are normal wear on the beaches. At beaches which are close to the city, i.e Jumeirah Open Beach, Asian men staring at women may be a problem, but Lifeguards and constant police patrols are getting rid of the problem.

This place is really cool for those who love out doors and beaches. I am residing here in UAE for quite some time and I got the chance to leave near this place. Good view, good hotels that is why foreigns from different parts of the World go there mostly during summer to enjoy the sun and sand. I know people will enjoy the journey here!
