For those who are good swimmers, Budleigh is a great swim!! Somewhat protected by the curve of the cliffs along the coast, with quick shelving and miles of area to swim in!! The views are great too.

The pebble beach is no problem if you remember to wear beach shoes or swimming shoes.

Fossil hunting at Charmouth beach is fantastic, you never know what you might find. You get hooked on looking for fossils and the hours just pass by. Beware of the tide coming in though!!
