The former home of English kings, it was originally built for Cardinal Wosley but Henry VIII took it over and enlarged it. Later William III extended it to try and rival Versailles. There is lots to see within the palace with knowledge guides as well as audio guide tours. The park is also attractive with a real maze. It is a short train ride from central London.

Wonderful place! Don't know if it happens everyday, but when I went there was a simulation of a day at the court, with actors dressed as Henry VIII and a servant, very funny... The audio guides are very informative and full of curious facts, it's really worth to use them. Take your time to discover all the details of the rooms.

it has lovely xmas lighs at xmas . It is a lovely place . It has big and good buildings . People have lovely homes there . Lots of people like it there and live there whlst thinking it is a buetiful place well i think so aswell so hey r not telling a lie .

if you are there, go and see it. they have live shows and demonstrations. Its a whole different world. Bit expensive so look for coupons from London 2for1 or other London sites. If you go in the summer months, it has a maze out back. Cute maze, fun times.
