The Whitworth Art Gallery is really worth visiting, no pun intended!!! It has a huge collection of art which is open everyday and the admission is free. A nice place to spend your time looking around at the artworks which are mainly sculptures and paintings.

This gallery surprised me! I went in randomly (entrance is free!) and was amazed to see the artwork that I saw. They have over 55,000 pieces in their collection, even though most of it is kept in storage. A great gallery for sure! :)
