What can I say? It's an inspiring place to be in. Though the house is quite small, it gives you a glimpse of what life was like in Elizabethan England. His father's glove making tools and tanning equipment are still intact. The glass window signed by some of the most famous literary figures will fulfill every anglophile's dream.

The place is definitely worth seeing. As you walk around the house you can almost see a young writer growing up in there. The place is authentically decorated and there's lots of interesting info placed around the museum.

Stratford-upon-Avon itself is a pretty little town, but the house of Shakespeare's birth place is nothing super special. Of course it is a neat historic location, but is just a house.

The house is small and nothing to be excited about. The place is nice though and on sunny summerday the town can be a nice venue for an afternoon tea!
