I first visited Warwick Castle with my wife and some friends. We drove over from London and deciding to make a day of it. It was a fun experience. Of course, we all found it to be a bit Disneyesque, but that was part of our enjoyment. In very little time, we were all acting at least half our age and camping it up. We found the re-creations to be very realistic and life-like. We all agreed that the castle and grounds were well maintained and close to perfect. It was evident, that those responsible for the castle were doing an excellent job. Each of my children have since visited Warwick Castle. They too, enjoyed their visits. A fun and enjoyable experience for all. Good Journeys!

The coolest place near Birmingham. It is quite expencive (17 pounds for one student Ticket) but the price is good for the value. Don't miss this experience!!!!!It is so beautiful, and the nature around it is amazing.  Well I have to say, it is worth it. It is own by the man who owns Wax figure museum in London, and he turned this castle to some kind of wax museum that has no famous persons… and it is cool, and a little bit scary.

I loved this place! The castle and the surround grounds are breath-taking, the activities there are great and the whole family will enjoy. Kingmaker, a audio/visual presentation, is a bit strange, but the rest of the castle makes up for it. Make sure to see the trebuchet launch and the bird show. Way cool!

If you go, you have to climb to the top of Guy's Tower, named for Sir Guy de Beauchamp, 10th Earl of Warwick, who is an ancestor of mine. Also, be sure to view the stunning model of the castle, on display under glass in the museum.
