the table actually existed.. i love the souvenirs and the underground ruins of the castle. winchester is a magical city. i also love the accent of the people there compared to others elsewhere in england. very old english. Big statues of king alfred can be seen also in the town

See King Arthur's round table with the names of his knights inscribed around the table; it is hooked up on one of the walls inside the cathedral.

Beautiful place and the home of King Arthur's round table, a must see if you visit this quaint and busy little town.
