Great "off the beaten track". At the head of the area, there are a lot of people and tourists, but as you walk, or run (a challenge in itself), you are alone with nature. Bring your own water and there is no toilet after the entrance. There is also a map at the entrance. Take a photo of it to take with you in the event that you become lost. The terrain involves steep, numerous hills. If the course flattens out, you are moving away from the main areas of the park.
