First of all, Iam horrified of any kind of little insect, you call it PHOBIE, no, its a MEGAPHOBIE:)) yes- definitely not a bug free hotel-- this is certain, Iam the eye-witness:)), a little cockroach here, another one more vivace in the other corner, BUT beside of this little issue;), in that hotel is a constantly coming and going of VERY interesting creatures and people, which you normally see only in a film!! …its really worth to stay at least x one night and observing ALL around you:).. I met really nice people and had a lot of fun to spend my time with them…then the Hotel personal of Cecil were very friendly and really interested to resolve any kind of problems and no doubt, there ARE CONSTANTLY problems, haha…it was cheap and therefore you cant request good rooms, but there is a bed, hot water and EVERY day they put a new soap:))..- its located in DOWNTOWN, for that its important to mention, specially x alone woman traveler, be back in hotel at 5pm!! - but you are in CECIL, so … ENJOY!!
