It is the home of the WORLD CHAMPION LAKERS! it's also a great place to watch the Clippers, Kings, Sparks and all concerts. Getting in and out of the Staple center is easy. Parking outside is preferred because you dont want to get stuck in traffic and the parking is steep$ 20 i think. There is a lot more to do with the New Nokia Live next door with shops and places to eat. Coming soon will be a Promenade style area around the Dodgers stadium. it's a few years away, but is Long over due. The staple center is in the same complex as the Los Angeles convention center and can be seen off the 110 harbor fwy.

See Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, The Lakers Girls Cheerleaders and Tons of Movie Stars And Legends !! Nice Selection of Import Beer, Wine and Restaurants inside of The Staples Center !!

The first time I heard about the Staples Center, was when I watched Michael Jackson's memorial, after that day, I began to research it, and I found out it wasn't just a place for rehearsals (for Michael Jackson's movie) or concerts, but it is also a sports arena.

being someone whos from la... it really is more hype that its worth... i think what keeps it up is who plays there not the building it self
