I actually lived across the street from here for almost 2 years. The little italian coffee shop has amazing gelato. The clam chowder is great for free samples. There are several good restaurants, whale watching tours, sea lions, random musicians, and hmm.... the taffy, go to the confectionary shops. If you like sushi or british food and beer, by the first wharf you can get your fix.

The Sandbar on the first wharf has great fish specials, and fresh calamari. The london bridge is a great place to bring a few friends for an only mildly rowdy night. Get a few drinks and sit by the fire. It's usually not as rowdy or packed as the Crown & Anchor or Britania. I love that place.

Fisherman's Wharf is pretty but kind of a tourist trap. Where they have the best clam chowder I have ever eaten, the food at the restaurants are over priced and it is mostly just a place to go to get pictures and do some souvenir shopping. I recommend getting a bite to eat more in town than at Fisherman's Wharf.

pier 9 is a sight 2 see. the sea lions are funny. u can take the ferry 2 alcatraz from there. there are a lot of street preformers(breakdancers,musicians) which i love 2 see. theres a lot 2 do in such a small area

Fisherman's Warf ali ribiški pomol v Montereyu je simpatičen zaradi njegove fotogeničnosti, saj izgleda kot eden izmed krajev iz razglednic. Iz njega je moč gledati morske leve in veličasten pacifiški ocean.

Det er bare herligt at se søløverne snuppe bådpladserne fra de lokale lystsejlere. Søløverne er fredet, så selv om de ligger på en bådplads må man ikke fjerne dem (hvor mon både så lægger til)
