OK, I'm biased. I live three blocks from the CLiff House/Sutro Baths ruins/Lands End look-out. For me, any place with an ocean view scores highly, but the views from the parking lot at either Lands End or the Sutro Baths ruins are unparalled--on a clear day, of course!

Where SF Bay meets the Pacific Ocean, along beautiful coast and pine trees. Great scenary hiking paths.
