I had always wanted to SEE this view, for real, not from a photo. Picked up a postcard in a shop and it actually named it as Steiner Street, that is how I was able to find it and GO there. It is one of the most incredible cityscapes believable. The grassy area is a public park, happens to be in the opening scene of the old t.v. show "Full House." Pack a picnic lunch and just sit and enjoy!

The old Victorian homes are called the Painted Ladies and it's next to a great park. Pack a lunch and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
