The beach area around Santa Barbara appeared to be very clean. Santa Barbaras beach is a place where you can meet a mass of different people: athletes, walkers, hippies or sometimes even a celebrity. Some very sophisticated sidewaks around the beach make it easy to explore this part of Santa Barbara.

Carpinteria is my favorite place in the whole world. The weather is so perfect, no humidity, cool nights, hot days with cool breezes, perfect water and waves. I just love it!

Not the best beach (a bit crowded and the water's not nice) in Southern California- but there's good shopping nearby. :-)
