Oct 9, 2008 Even worth a visit when no concert is on. I stopped by en-route back into Denver as it was suggested by friends to check it out. What a cool spot. Some nice hiking trails around to enjoy the "Red Rock" surroundings and experience the natural amphitheater. There are numerous multi-levels of parking too, if you want a quick view or aren't inclined to hike around. Even without a concert going on, inside there was an art show with people hawking their interesting wares, and the wall of game with pictures form past concerts is great. Extra tip - check the concert listings, as some events are free! I'll visit again one day to check out a concert and get the full experience. May 10, 2010 I've never had the opportunity to see a concert at Red Rocks, but it must be pretty incredible. The acoustics in this place are ridiculous! I stood at the top, and my brother stood on the stage - he whispered to me and I could hear him loud and clear. Just amazing. Not only is it a fantastic amphitheatre, but it's gorgeous too....the red outcrops of rock really are stunning! Definitely worth a trip out to see this! :)
