Union Station is an eye-appealing location to be sure...with the added ahh factor of good dining and drinking choices throughout. My wife left me, happy admiring the architecture of the grand structure, while she went off to do some shopping within. We both enjoyed our visit to Union Station. My only regret, on this particular day, I was without a camera. I plan to return on my next visit to D.C.. Good Journeys!

Well, the architecture is nice, but otherwise it s just a train station w/ a shopping mall. The Au Bon Pain is the only thing open in the early am & the Indian food in the food court (basement level) isn't too bad. Worth about an hour, tops.

Great place just to hang around and people watch. Also many years ago they used to have these great movie theaters, too bad they're gone now still a nice place to visit

Great place to grab a snack (food court downstairs), do some shopping, grab a late night snack, catch an Amtrak train/metro, have a sit down meal, people watch, etc.
