Fort Myers Beach is a great day trip. A nice picturesque beach, pretty as most Florida beaches are, with white sand and little pink houses (really storefronts) along the boardwalk. Lots of good seafood restaurants, pizza places, bars, and boutiques to pop into, and bring back a souvenir. In all the pictures I took, we were all beaming!

One night after a seminar I attended, I walked from the hotel to the water...It was so close.
The water was so warm you could say it was like bath water.
The daylight revealed a sexy clear view.
So different from the Gold Coast.
Highly recommended especially if you want to swim by moonlight.

It's been an age since I was last at Fort Myers Beach, but I grew up a bit each summer on that beach from ages 5-13.

Absolutely amazing place, geat weather, nice beaches, cute resterauts and lovely accomodtion !!
