Universal studios is definitely the best theme park I have ever been,but only the one in florida is that badass. You have to pay the extra and stay at one of their three hotels. I stayed at portofino Bay hotel and it was GREAT! First off the rooms are first CLASS,the beds are comfy as all hell,and they have a little venice styled boat that brings you into the park from hotel through the bay,very unique. Last but not Least it is a experience maker when you get to the front of every line and get everything done you want and yet the second day is just as much fun. Your room key is a pass to the front of all lines.
As for the rides their,is completely unique,most of them have live actors that kick ass and very intense. Waterworld is Awesome as shit,with jet skiis,airplanes and a very unforgettable time. Terminator is a 3-d show where you actually think your gonna get attacked by the monster in the screen,once and a while I would take off my glass's just to remind myself,and that is rugged,also they have Terminator with a shotgun firing blanks and riding a harley through the studio,he comes busting out of the screen on his bike shooting and grabs the kid and rides away and then comes back fights more and then the kid is in the screen suddenly and next thing you know,hes walking out of the screen literally as a actor. Backdraft is a pretty cool one,which is also in california. I could go on,but it would take forever!
But you have better have deep pockets for this adventure!

This place was like a mini disney world. It was much easier to navigate. There are also many different types of rides, such as roller coasters (The Hulk) to special effect rides (Disaster!), If you're a thrill seeker you should go here instead of disney because disney has no extreme roller coasters. This is mainly due to the fact that Disney is wants to be more family oriented. Not to say that Universal doesn't have children amusement. There are many excellent places for children, like Seuss Landing and rides such as Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast. Looking to the future, Harry Potter fans will enjoy The Wizarding World of Harry Potter that opens Spring 2010

If your wanting to have fun then this is where you need to be. So close to the other attractions that Orlando, Florida has to offer like Disney World, Island of Adventures and SeaWorld, Universal Studios is jampacked full of movie goodness. Theres the new 4D Simpsons ride as well as 3D experiences of Men in Black, Spiderman, and my favourite.. E.T!! Theres even a studio that lets you take part in appearing in your very own disaster movie and makes you feel like you are actually there. Universal Studios is lots of fun, i'd recommend it to everyone!!

Universal was a disappointment to me. We were there in Feb, they staggered opening times for the rides, no atmosphere we have photos were we where the only people on the street. Only one place to eat open at lunch time. I would have preferred an extra day at sea-world or Disney. Islands of adventure was better if you are into roller coasters (I'm not).

Best thing about universal was the little magic shop with the guy doing tricks and the Spiderman ride.
