I've visited this aquarium twice and have been very pleased with the experience both times. The layout of the exhibits is such that you can visit the different areas in a circular pattern and not accidentally miss anything. There are a few hands on exhibits which are perfect for kids and curious adults. The aquarium also has a large reception area with a stage. One wall of that room is part of the beluga whale aquarium. During a reception for a conference I attended, the whales were watching the people and posing for pictures. No kidding! The food and drinks provided by the aquarium were normal fare. I have visited 3 other aquariums, and this was my favorite.

האקווריום התת ימי של אטלנטה הוא בין הגדולים בעולם, עם חיות גדולות מיובאות מכל העולם, כרישים, דולפינים, אריות וכלבי ים, צבי ים ענקיים, ועוד... חוץ מזה אל תשכחו לבדוק את הג'יורג'יה דום, תמיד יש שם משהו לראות... חוץ מזה יש את המוזאון של קוקה קולה :D. אה, ותיזהרו באטלנטה, יש שם הרבה מסוממים ואנשים שמנסים לשדוד אותך... אני הייתי בקבוצה עם איזה 20 אנשים, בא איזה הומלס אחד והתחיל לאיים עלינו, ואז בא אחד אחר והתחיל להרחיק אותו מאיתנו... ואז אחרי זה שאל אם נוכל לפצות אותו על העזרה שלו XDDD

The Georgia Aquarium is an absolute must! It may sound nerdy but trust me it is so so worth it and a blast! Go early to avoid lines..even better by a CityPass and get into the aquarium and a ton of other places without waiting in line! The aquarium is set up in a circle..start clockwise if you want to see the most exciting things last.. its the largest aquarium in the world and the only one in the western hemisphere with tiger sharks ...

There was a lot of hype when it opened because it's the world's largest aquarium, but I thought it was okay. It's not that much better than other good aquariums elsewhere. And the "petting zoo" is kinda silly. Why would anyone want to pet shrimp? Most people touch shrimp a lot in their life anyways.

Verdaderamente el acuario más grande del mundo.. Increíble.. solamente faltaron los delfines.. pero de ahí en fuera creo que tienen de todo... Impresionante ver a los tiburones ballenas.. los "animalitos" llegan a medir poco más de 6 metros, y tienen a 4.. se imaginan el tamaño??!!!
