The Sears Tower, technically now the Willis Tower (Im still going to call it the Sears Tower as thats what its name was originally, and still should be), is great for taking in the views that Chicago can offer. Some features include:

*108 Stories Tall

*Skydeck on the 103rd floor.
From here, if its a clear day, you can see Chicago,
Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

*Upon completion in 1973 it was the tallest building in the world.

I would really recommend checking out the Willis/Sears Tower, if you haven't seen it before.

Do it - the elevator ride up is an experience in-and-of-itself, and you can actually feel the whole building sway in the wind - it's eerie for sure, but in a cool way; it's one of the most amazing architectural feats in the world - that alone should be enough reason to experience this awesome, man-made wonder. The view, as you can imagine, is pretty great, but for an even better one, be sure to also check out the Hancock Building's Observatory while you're in town - the view from there is just spectacular. Have fun =)

It is a great place, the Hancock building is also great. Chicago is a great large city but still friendly. There are great restaurants from casual hot dog vendors on the streets to exotic restaurants. There is the Pier that has all sorts of things to do for families, and the different neighborhoods have various things to do depending on interests. Don't forget shopping on the Magnificent Mile and the Water Tower Shopping area. All fun and interesting.

On a clear day, you can see all of Chicago from the top of this iconic tower. The Empire State Building of Chicago. If you're afraid of heights, it's just really nice to look at and wonder how they built it at the time when you consider technology of the time.

It's a tower, And it's pretty damn tall,
Taller than other buildings, so you can see the other ones from a bird's perspective. How cool is that?
Seriously cool, that's how cool,
