Feb 12, 2010 The first time I was in New Orleans was right after Hurricane Katrina had hit. It was in shambles, and a lot of work still needed to be done. But the people were friendly, joking, and the city was beginning to come back to life. Walking through the French quarter was the best not only because its so eclectic, but also because it hadn't been as damaged as other parts of the city, so some stores and cafes were even open. It was a taste of the beauty and intrigue that New Orleans has to offer; even in the face of a natural disaster Aug 3, 2011 Preservation hall met oude jazz muzikanten waar iedereen, op de aarden grond gezeten met bewonderin zit mee te deinen en te genieten
