Ethel M brand is rather pricey but their samples are worth the tour. I love the lemon truffles.

When I went there the only thing happening in the factory was that they were packaging up some chocolates. The samples were really good but the chocolate prices are on the spendy side. The cactus garden was really neat and I enjoyed walking through it. I plan on going back at night to see the cactus garden all lit up. Another plus is that it is all totally free (unless you buy something in the store). Tour groups do go here, so it could be very crowded.
