If you make reservations for dinner the elevator ride is free. It is absolutely incredible having dinner at the top of the stratosphere. The views will leave you breathless. My Wife surprised me with a birthday dinner here at the top of the world restaurant. The food is as good as the view and any seat is a good seat since the restaurant rotates. After Dinner you can take a walk outside on the viewing deck and if your brave enough take a ride on one of there thrill roller coasters or just take in the beauty of the Las Vegas lights. It's a very romantic spot.

The stratosphere isn't all its supposidly cracked up to be. For being off the strip it is very difficult to get to the strip. The rooms aren't in the best of shapes or conditions. The fees for shows, dinners, and even going to the top of the tower still apply to hotel guests but at a "discounted price" that doesn't save anyone much money. My advice; Just pay the extra money to stay on the Strip. It's well worth it.

This is definitely a coll place to stay at and visit. I'm afraid of heights so the view from the top was pretty scary but still cool. And the restaurant at the top was incredible. It slowly rotates so you get a different view uring your meal but slow enough that you don't even realize you're moving. It also was one of the best meals I've had to date.

Ever want to go on a ride that dangles you over a 1000 foot drop while spinning you faster than you can imagine? Well, MY answer was YES! One word: Insanity. Though that is what one needs to actually go on this ride, it was also the name of the attraction as well. Plus the view of Las Vegas was stunning =)

Super scary rides, you'll scream, laugh or maybe cry. Excellent night time view. A fun and romantic time all in one. Take some time to do a little shopping as there are shops and places to eat along the way to the tower.
