A good short trek on a well-maintained path with lots to see. This is a perfect weekend backpacking destination. The falls are beautiful and the primitive camping area near the falls is a great place to pitch a tent. Be sure to bring your camera, wear a good pair of hiking shoes or boots, and don't forget the insect repellent. On weekends you will see a good many other backpackers, but not too many through the week. Good Journeys!
