This artistic warehouse district has plenty of charm and appeal to the urban dwellers of Portland. Situated on the main river, it offers plenty of vista points and is centrally located. Be sure to check out the Art Walk during the first week of each month, where all the galleries open their doors and offer wine and cheese while taking in the works of local artists.
