Budded the "sweetest place on earth", this amusement park themed after Hershey's Chocolate had over 60 rides including about a dozen superb roller-coasters as well as a full-blown water park with water slides, pools and more. One of the coaster rides - Lightning Racer - was the first wooden racing/dueling coaster in the United States.

Hershey Park is awesome! I like the factory tour where you can smell the chocolate being made. By the time the tour ends, you are ready to devour 10 pounds of chocolate. Luckily, they sell 10 pound bars of chocolate for just such occasions. Mmmm... Just thinking about the ice cream they make there makes my mouth water. I can't take it anymore! I have to go get some chocolate ice cream.

I live pretty close to this (well at least in the same state). My favorite memory was driving by the amusement park on my way to a medschool interview. It seemed that for the entire day I continued to be emanating wonderful chocolate flavors from every part of my clothing! You WILL be chocolated! And visit the Hershey Factory for more flavors!

It may not be the best amusement park on earth but it's pretty fantastic.. it's fun for basically anyone of any age. There is always something to do. Plus there is a water park in it as well. Hooray double the fun!! haha I mean I haven't been to Cedar Point or anything but I think these rides are fun. Maybe not as thrilling but they are worth the wait in line.

My Children (Lloyd, Adam, and Aurelia) really enjoyed a day at Hershey Park. It was great fun and delicious! My oldest son particularly enjoyed the tour, my daughter the chocolate, and my middle son, the rides. Overall, a fun outing for all!

Hershey Park is a great place to stop and see if you're in the area, especially if you have kids. The Hershey Factory can entertain young and old alike, and is reasonably priced. I wouldn't travel to Pennsylvania just for Hershey, though.
