The best known place for foreigners in Chattanooga is the old train station and departure of the local tram to the center.It used to be an early train station and the train was called Chatanooga chouchou - there must be a song about it. From there you go to the Tennessee river and visit the superb aquarium, that's from memory. The place to start your visit if you come from Dry country - Dalton...the world capital of the carpet
