The zoo is awesome. It tries to incorporate natural barriers instead of a lot of bars. There is a glass barrier to the gorilla exhibit, allowing you to stand side by side with the gorillas. It is awesome. Hey, check out the rhino bird. It is really cool.

there is an amzing variety of animals from elephants to dragons to birds and bears, and antelope.. to snakes and frogs. the houston zoo has many sites to see. it will take about 4 hours to see the whole park. it has very detatil info on all animals.
