Drove down here from Montreal one weekend with friends. It was in the middle of winter and the lake looked frozen. Was quite a sight. Apparently there are ferry crossings that go across the lake.
Lake Champlain is located right beside downtown Burlington, so it's an easy stroll away - great location to relax after a nice lunch or dinner.

Have you seen Champ? Everyone is looking for him! A mysterious creature that lives in Lake Champlain.... Definitely, if anything look for the beautiful sunsets over the lake with the backdrop of the Adirondacks. This is a beautiful place in Vermont!

This lake is beautiful! The Battery Park along the lake is a nice place to walk and enjoy the breeze.
