Colonial Williamsburg is an interesting, historically recreated town worth a short visit. However, there are not nearly as many reenactors as the commercials would suggest, and it can all be seen in an afternoon. However, the streets are free to roam (admission is only required for certain buildings) and the place does have some historical charm and very friendly and helpful staff members.

So historical! It's an amazing place! I love all the architecture. It is even a lot of fun. You need more time than a day though. Great place to learn and interact with colonial times. Overall I thought it was a great place to visit!

great place to tour for a day. learn all about old colonial times in the exact place that it happen. see how a colony was formed, lived and traded with Indians.

It's a great place to visit and learn about the colonial times, but you need more than a day. The place is huge and exciting with re-enactments throughout the day.

very fun.. the under ground tavern has wonderful food followed by an extremely fun hayride full of history and ghost stories!!!
