Wonderful museum, and I'm not even a huge fan of planes. They have lots of retired planes (including the Concord) that you can tour. There is an airfield next to it, which hosts events (like helicopter shows and is also where the Blue Angels are when they re in town).

Extraordinary look at America's history in aviation and aerospace complete with an Air Force One, a Concorde, M-21 Blackbird, a Lunar Rover and an Apollo Command Module as well as your chance in a flight simulator.

Awesome for plane lovers... but even if you are not, absolutely amazing just to see the size of the buildings. The tours were made a little more limited for security reasons, but still a great place to see!!

If you're in the Seattle area, it is worth stopping at the Boeing Museum. The museum covers the history of flights all the way into modern aircraft. You probably need 2-3 hours maximum to see everything.

Pretty cool museum. My favourite was touring airforce one of former times. Theres a lot there. The history is nearly that of air and space museum.
