It´s an old Plaza de Toros in middle of a Park. Memories of times where spaniards and local people made there the "corrida de toros", a festival like in Spain with bulls.
A relique of past times near a city (Colonia del Sacramento) that was founded by portuguese. That tells a lot about it´s history.
