attending the 14th nights in vietnamese lunar calender at hoi an will reward you a nice cultural event called "fullmoon festival". locals will stop electricity usage and none of cars and motorbikes can enter the old city of hoi an. everything showered by the dim light under the moonlight. serene and charming sceneries :)
