Description:
Established in 1975 as a reminder of the effects of war, the museum features artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting some of the atrocities and activites that occured in Vietnam.   Among the pictures are depictions of civilian killings, chemical warfare,  torture, planes, tanks and bombs.  Alongisde the display are explanations of the effects.  US weapons, tanks, bombs and planes are also on display.  Originally called the Museum of American and Chinese War Crimes, the museum was renamed to its present name to avoid offending tourists.
Getting there:
About short 5 min walk northwest of Reunification place.

It was a good place to learn about Vietnam's history. It is really hard though to see all those pictures of the people. It almost made me cry at certain points of time!

Brutal, honest, a must see! Be prepared though...
