He then draws back the curtains to reveal the spectacular view: the pyramids of Giza, colossal and imposing, right outside our window. Well I've been back in the English speaking world for two weeks now and am gearing up to leave for Togo tomorrow morning.  Ghana has been wonderful- interesting and relaxing- a perfect place to spend a few weeks!

My bus trip back down to Accra from Ouaga was much more pleasant than my bus trip up- only 20 hours instead of 29! One of the joys of being back in Ghana is that the locals are super keen to help you out when they find out where you're from- "Oh Australia!  That's the same as..(More)
