In Istanbul for the third time, this time on the occasion of the "Istanbul Cosplay Party" and for three whole days (at last more than 20 hours)! The first two times, can be found in other blog posts of mine. Onto the new stuff now! General impressions first:

I spent just three(3) days in the capital of Turkey, mostly for vacation/tourism (and also had the pleasure to attend the "2nd Ankara Cosplay Party" as well).

I am writing with a bit of difficulty this morning. The taxi I am sitting in keeps rocking rather violently. Ian and three other men are outside the cab, taking turns yanking on the trunk with all their strength, but the metal has warped and sealed itself shut. It wasn't the metal's fault, really; instead the blame can be set on the two men who thought we weren't going fast enough and slammed into our bumper while we waited at a red light.
